How 100+ MEN on a MISSION works:

We meet quarterly and each member commits to donating $100 per meeting ($400 per year).

The donations will be given to Red Rock area charities/non-profits/worthy causes serving the Red Rock area and surrounding communities only. No national charities will be considered unless they have a local chapter in one of the Red Rock communities and the contributions can be focused in our local region. The purpose is for the contribution to stay 100% in the local communities.

• Men will be given the opportunity to nominate an organization prior to the meeting. Three names will be drawn at the beginning of the meeting.
• Each name drawn will be given five minutes to make a presentation at the meeting regarding the charity/cause they nominated, what they do, and why they support them. This presentation should NOT include slides or other props, but a single-page handout for members to review is acceptable.
• After all the presentations are complete, the entire group will vote by ballot for the one charity they'd like to support. The top nominee will receive $10,000 and the second-place nominee will receive the remainder of the donation. ALL men will write a check to the cause with the highest total votes.
• Once an organization has been chosen as a first-place donation, it will not be eligible to be nominated for 2 years. Second-place donation recipients will not be eligible to be nominated for 1 year.
• If your name is drawn and you make a presentation but your charity is not the top vote-getter, you will be eligible to nominate them again at the next meeting.
• For tax purposes, all checks will be made out to 100+ Men on a Mission - Red Rock. Online giving is available. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please use online giving, give your check to a member to deliver on your behalf, or mail it prior to the meeting.
